Candle Safety
1. Trim your wick before burning your candle the first time and every subsequent burn thereafter.
2. We advise burning your candle for periods of no longer than three hours at a time.
3. Discontinue burning your candle when there is 10mm / 1cm of wax is remaining.
4. Always burn your candle on a stable and heat resistant surface, away from drafts or items that can catch alight.
5. Never leave a burning candle unattended, near children or pets.
6. If you’re burning more than one candle at a time, space your candles approximately 100mm (10cm) apart.
Original La Marzocco ridgeless sieve in different sizes La Marzocco's rimless strainers are precision-crafted stainless steel filter baskets, developed for professional use with the highest demands on extraction quality and reproducibility. The absence of a surrounding bead ensures a flat, continuous contact surface. This ensures the tamper sits perfectly flush, enabling even force transmission during tamping and reducing the risk of crooked tamping. The sieve is ideal for use with precisely custom-made tampers with a diameter of up to 58.5 mm. (Compatibility of different tampers must be tested on a case-by-case basis.) The uniform hole distribution across the entire screen surface – including the edge area – ensures even water distribution and minimizes channeling. The precisely manufactured holes are optimally matched to the volumetric flow rate and deliver controlled extraction at defined parameters. Additionally, the rimless design makes it easier to insert and remove the sieve from the portafilter, especially during frequent changes or cleaning in professional operations. Available in 14 g, 17 g, and 21 g sizes.
