Candle Safety
1. Trim your wick before burning your candle the first time and every subsequent burn thereafter.
2. We advise burning your candle for periods of no longer than three hours at a time.
3. Discontinue burning your candle when there is 10mm / 1cm of wax is remaining.
4. Always burn your candle on a stable and heat resistant surface, away from drafts or items that can catch alight.
5. Never leave a burning candle unattended, near children or pets.
6. If you’re burning more than one candle at a time, space your candles approximately 100mm (10cm) apart.
Original La Marzocco “X-Filter” tested & certified sieve in various sizes La Marzocco's X-Filter sieves (formerly Strada X sieves) are more precisely manufactured than many standard sieves. The number of holes, hole diameter, and distribution are precisely defined, resulting in more consistent water flow. This helps reduce fluctuations in extraction at the same grind size, dose, and tamping pressure. The material is more robust than cheaper sieves. This means they deform more slowly – even with frequent changes of sieves in the portafilter and intensive cleaning. The sieves are certified, meaning they have been tested within defined tolerance ranges. This ensures consistency – especially important when multiple machines or brewing groups are in use and comparable results are desired. Available in sizes of 7 g, 14 g, 17 g, and 21 g.
